I love it! when they mean over sized ITS OVER SIZED which is great when its hot out and when it starts to rain I am using this for a costume and I would reccomend it to anyone who wants something frilly and girly!

Being white, you still have to squint a bit, but it is a very stylish sun protector.

The umbrella came without the ruffle, which made me sad, but not sad enough to take the time to return it since the wedding is close and a white wedding umbrella may not even be needed. IT does surprise me that I did not receive exactly what I ordered, first time EVER through AMAZON.com that this has happened.
