Christmas Gift…License Plate Frame-I’m Not Speeding..I’m Qualifying!

I was going to buy a t-shirt for a family member with the same saying on it, then found this license plate bracket and thought it was even cooler. My biggest complaint is it is a little cheap looking in person (especially for the price). I think it will hold up okay, the etched lettering is attached to the bracket, not actually carved into it, like I thought it was.
